LES is a unified system with more than 24 modules tightly integrated with each other. Vehicle Licensing was developed as an application and later added to LES as a Module. The system is critical and plays a crucial part in providing mission critical data such as financial data to Department of Finance and more over legal data to Abu Dhabi Police.
Developed in collaboration with TransAD and Al Tarmez Digit System Technology LLC (DSTME), LES began as a handheld ticketing solution for taxi and driver violations and evolved into a fully automated, enterprise-grade License & Enforcement Management System.
LES is a centralized platform comprising more than 24 tightly integrated modules. Vehicle Licensing, initially built as a standalone application, was seamlessly incorporated as a core module—ensuring end-to-end process continuity and operational efficiency.
The system delivers mission-critical financial data to the Department of Finance and authoritative legal enforcement data to Abu Dhabi Police, making LES a reliable backbone for regulatory compliance, governance, and decision-making.
